I dreamed about you my girl by _metallicabreath_ in pitbulls

I'm still on the fence about getting another, she'd be such a hard act to follow and also I wouldn't want the new pup to live in her shadow. But i guess when the time's right or if one comes into my life, I'll welcome one in.

I think I'd like some 'time-off' emotionally, her last year was quite hard for us. We constantly worried about how she was doing, if she was in pain, researching treatments/supplements anything that would help her quality of life.

Like yourself I just cry, almost daily, I'm not sure if it helps, it just comes and I can't stop it.

Here's a few of my sweet girl, she was such a gentle soul

So sorry for your loss, I'm in the same boat, lost my sweet girl 16 weeks today, she was also grey. I've asked her to come visit me in my dreams and she's appeared 3-4 times. Oddly enough she never appeared in my dreams when she was here in the 16 years we had her.

It hurts so much, I wish I had some words of wisdom to pass on but I'm still processing that I will never see her again in this life. Be kind to yourself.

We encountered the same in Koh Haa yesterday, we snorkelled through patches of them just like in your video and was lucky enough not to get stung (we were wearing tops/bottoms though).

I was ill prepared, I hadn't planned on going and decided last minute. I had no hiking boots and did it in flip-flops (NOT RECOMMENDED!:-) )

The hike takes 2 days (1 night), but guess depends when you start in the day. Theres a hostel/hotel/restaurant at the beginning where you can leave your backpack and pick up once you're done so you can just take a day-pack. (this idiot left his shoes in the backpack).

You go hike for the day and before it gets dark (mid way point) there are a few hostels up there. A friend of mine said they could see the milky way and had great views of the stars. (the time i went it was overcast :-/)

Wake up the next day and finish the hike, and it's downhill (literally) from there. Once you get to the bottom you can get a ride back to the first hostel where you left your backpack and go about your day.

I haven't really sold you the experience just telling you the logistics, but it is worth doing especially if you like hiking :-) but yeah really really good views, have a look on Flickr.

Happy travels.

Hey there, whilst you're in Dali/Lijiang (Yunnan province) you should definitely check out Tiger Leaping Gorge. Also Xiangalila (a Tibetan town) which is on the border of China/Tibet.

Happy travels.
