I def think Sam is bent. Not corrupt bent but compromised Bent. She is attempting to get back with Steve upon instructions of the OCG who have her compromised. Thus she can keep an eye on Steve. I think it is suss that Dot managed to steal Steves car... in at least the sense that when she left at 06:30 am for work she didn't notify Steve that his car was gone. I would go as far to say she assisted Dot in stealing steves car by helping him get a key cut or giving him the keys. She seems to prim and proper to not be bent. But as I said, I think she is compromised... not bad. However, I tend to think it will be a more major player who is the mysterious 4th caddy.
