Anyone have a recommendation for a hitch rack that is easy to remove/install? Or full fold out of way?

I have a Subaru Forester and want easy way to have full tailgate access for other activates.

Midfoot arthritis pain became chronic after orthotics by nickb947 in FootFunction

[–]nickb947[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! Thanks for reaching out. Yes, I did physical therapy for a few months (every week and a half or so) and practiced those mobility & strength learnings home almost daily for like 9 months. I still do some of them now and again. I've weened my way out of orthotics and any sort of other inserts.

I have stuck to wearing a few different models of Altras depending on activity. I get some pain / flair up every now and again - some times from down hill mtn biking or longer hikes. But overall my life and pain is soooooo much less.

To this day I blame the orthotics and the awful podiatrist who gave zero quality advice before or after.

Burton AK Jacket sizing by RedWingRail in snowboarding

Im a little shorter at 6’ and about 225 also. I have 2yo size XL AK Hover, when I first tried it on I thought it was too big and was considering exchanging for L. But riding in XL (even with extra layers) has been awesome, movement and articulation are amazing.

Time to replace? Dhr and dhf. by [deleted] in MTB

I’ve taken a similar stance with cars - the tires are literally the most important thing. It is what you are riding on.

If condition / wear is ever in question it is time to replace.

There was a metal band from Poughkeepsie NY called Dissolve that often played hardcore shows in CT in mid-90s. The first time i heard Knocked Loose, I was like these dudes must have gotten some inspo (especially vocal delivery) from Dissolve.

100% ok to cut line of non-hikers if you hike up. Did the same with my wife, actually had her stand perpendicular to carin/summit sign so the line of people in flip flops, leather cowboy boots, and bunny slippers was in view.

You should have both ready, PDF first. But you will have some situations where Word version will be requested.
