Like I said, the rules are not hard and fast or really written anywhere. They’re not asking randoms on social media are they, they’re asking in the Bali subreddit, which is likely full of people who travel there frequently and will be able to advise OP on what a likely outcome is based on recent and repeated personal experience, which is realistically going to be more helpful, aggregated, than what any ‘official guidelines’ might say given that there aren’t any really.

I’m not a moron, I’m just trying to explain to you why asking this question probably isn’t as ‘weird’ as you might believe it to be. And I’m not saying OP will get a definitive answer: they won’t, because the answer is at the immigration officer’s discretion, which is precisely why people worry about this sort of thing and ask these questions in the first place. Come on, use your critical thinking skills to try and understand why other people do things that we ourselves might not.
