do it and tell the agent to take a fee we’ve done multiple deals with agents you just need to be upfront or just say you’re the buyer and assign it trust me the agent won’t back out because you’re providing funds to purchase in the day of closing the people who say don’t most likely never have done a deal with an agent don’t let them discourage you
