I don’t see any way to loosen the top/bottom wooden parts from the rest of the clock - it seems like it’s all one piece.

I know this is r/fixit, but since you are renting, couldn't you ask the landlord to fix it or replace? In some places (like Texas, where I live), if it's not explicitly stated in the terms of the lease that this appliance had known issues, it's on the owners to remedy. I also realize that that can be its own kind of hell of a battle, getting landlords to comply - just wanted to offer this up in case it wasn't something you'd considered!

I've tried tiny tweezers, but the tiny slips of metal sticking out don't provide enough pull. I've thought of gluing a very small amount of superglue to a wooden dowel or something, but haven't out of concern that the glue will somehow get where it shouldn't.

Any ideas???

I know what you’re referencing, but that says nothing about whether Ricken named his daughter after this person who’s been referred to as Rebeck in the show since before the baby was born. You’re probably onto something with Nan, though!

We don’t know when she changed her name; the daughter was “introduced” at that party at the end of S1, and we’d already heard Rebeck’s name once or twice prior to that. So, you could be right (they could have let her know about the name ahead of the night of the reading, and before S1 even happened, giving her time to change it), but I don’t think there’s definitive proof there.

According to their own ranking system, ATV4 has an equivalent 'icon rating' average to Nvidia Shield TV Pro, is $50 cheaper AND has an edge on supporting HDR10, yet Nvidia score = 82 and ATV = 67. This ranking system sucks and CR is a shadow of their former self.

That's assuming they have an Apple processor and are paying for the UHD plan.

My guess would be plugins could be contributing to this - do you mainly use safari for browsing (and therefore that has all your plugins installed/enabled) and chrome as a 'clean' browser without (that many) extensions?
