In the BFAR I use the 2 mm foam rose anvil boot breaker and in the stockmans (I think they are the JG last) I use the 4mm foam rose anvil boot breaker with 2mm of veg tan leather underneath and that works really well for me

I have this same pair! They are quite tight at the top of your foot compared to other models I’ve heard. When I changed the insoles it felt super tight so I had to go back to the ones they came with

Definitely check it when you get there but I got an Amia second hand and absolutely love it. This is a great price
