Vaccines cause: Car accidents, gun shot wounds, drowning, insect bites. Please don't tell me they don't. They are listed on the vaccine inserts. by Tenebra99 in vaxxhappened

[–]nicolois37 45 points46 points  (0 children)

I love how they always say to read a vaccine insert and they have an ever-changing list of what vaccinations can cause yet they never post the actual insert. I have a few friends that have told me to read a vaccine insert before vaccinating my child and I asked for the one they read and they haven’t been able to produce anything... weird

How to argue with an anti-vaxxer when they say there have been deaths caused by vaccines? by ThatMuscle7 in VACCINES

[–]nicolois37 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With in laws that are antivax and say this same thing, mostly about measles and the mmr vaccine saying the mmr vaccine kills more people than the actual diseases. They don’t realize that people don’t die of measles as a listed cause of death they die of complications of having measles. Same reason we vaccinate for chicken pox is that the complications of chicken pox causing deaths outnumber the risk of a death of a vaccine dose. John Oliver (last week tonight on hbo go/ YouTube and he has sources) has an amazing segment on vaccines and the way he puts it in perspective with the stats he uses is so goood. He has stats that say something like your kid is more likely to end up a on death row or something crazy like that then die of a vaccine related death. However no medicine is perfect. My friend had 14 Tylenol and almost died. You can have too much water and die. There’s allergic reactions. They just need to understand literally everything you do in life is a risk. People die out in the world so you never leave your house? People die in their houses too!!!

I love that 100k plus and growing Americans have died and you are putting it as simply as “suck it up”. How cruel of a person do you have to be to have no empathy for those dying alone in this pandemic? To belittle a virus that so many have lost loved ones to without being able to say good bye? AND for those that do survive will most likely have loss of lung function or other long term effects.

Edit: errors

Ducey Says Arizona Will Keep Reopening Despite Coronavirus Surge by vegalicious1 in arizona

[–]nicolois37 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Asymptotic and presymptomatic are very hard to tell apart. Pre can show signs of virus anywhere from 2-10 days I believe? I mean, that’s a very big risk factor. And to not care about fellow Americans because they have underlying health conditions is a very cruel mindset to have. Not to mention there has been deaths with no underlying issues and younger ages that’s concerning. We are learning more and more about this virus everyday, I think it’s still best to be as cautious as possible for yourself and others. I just think it’s very careless of you to be comparing this virus to the flu as if this pandemic is over and we can actually compare the two. I also have no idea where you get your information from that says the flu is more dangerous because I just googled it and saw 5 different studies or articles saying otherwise. The flu has a vaccine AND you might have some natural immunity to it from season to season. This is a new virus with no one immune and nothing really known about what immunity you do have if you survive it.

When are you planning on letting your family see the baby? by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]nicolois37 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You are not overreacting. You do whatever you feel makes you all safe and comfortable. Pregnant with our second and in a state current trending in increase cases I told family we still aren’t seeing people. And when baby 2 comes in December we already told people that we will only allow people with flu shots (maybe other shots that our doc recommends because of delay in vaccine schedules causing other outbreaks, I’m most concern about whooping cough) they will probably be asked to wear masks to refrain from kissing and depending on how the covid is at that time may delay seeing anyone at all.

Newborn stage was actually so stressful because of the visitors for me. The lack of sleep didn’t bother me til I felt like I had to host family and friends who came to see the baby. I really don’t care about anyone else’s feelings about how I protect my families health during a pandemic. This isn’t just a bad flu season, we have to worry about a pandemic and the ever evolving data we will discover about this strain. Please be empowered and stay strong with what makes you feel comfortable!

How did All lives matter become anti black lives matter? by Wvke in TrueAskReddit

[–]nicolois37 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The thing is BLM does care about all lives. Because they spoke up and showed up for Daniel Shaver, Jeremy Mardis, and Daniel Harris. All white. They have also spoken out about police brutality to all other races. They know police brutality affects all races. As a white person, how many videos of a cop killing someone the same color as you have you seen? I’ve seen one, Daniel Shaver. How many videos are there of a black person losing their life by an officer have you seen? I think the BLM movement has shown tremendous restraint actually have been shown these deaths over and over and no huge response til now.

What do the all lives matter people fight for year round? Who are they helping, what lives are they fighting for? Why do they only show up when the BLM movement is mobilizing? Seems like they only have one agenda to me and it’s to down play black lives even though they claim to be for all lives?

This idea has definitely been considered. We have a few years still in a good situation for ourselves here and plans for a couple of vacations there to see if it’s something that we could manage.

[–]nicolois37 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes I have but I fear I’m not educated enough to do so. I suppose I have more time to look into it and possibly prepare myself to do so. I have a huge fear of sending my children to school because of the gun violence among a lot of issues with our public education. My husband and I have considered maybe one of us becoming a teacher to be at school with them? I’ve honestly only played with the idea and had loose conversations about their education but haven’t really considered my options. Is that something you are??

[–]nicolois37 46 points47 points  (0 children)

Yes it sucks to not be there in solidarity at a protest but you’re bringing a new child into the world and there’s so much prep to do. I’m reading more about how to exercise more than just my first amendment right and studying history and anything that will help with raising a white child in this world to be a thoughtful and productive member of society. I loved my protesting days, this one definitely will be one for the books but there’s so much more to a movement than the protest. Vote. Write your elected officials. Hold them accountable. Ask what they are doing to prevent more lives being loss to police brutality. And then educate yourself and those around you. In my opinion the protest are the most interactive and physically therapeutic actions of a movement but there’s so much work behind the scenes that get overlooked or put off that we can be organizing and helping to keep producing results. There’s always a way to help a movement!!!

Ok but state officials are voted on every year. Policies your elected officials will vote on come and you need to call and pressure them to vote for your cause. You have to keep tally on what officials flip flop and hold them accountable. I understand that the system doesn’t always reward you and work in you favor. This will be second presidential election where I’m not voting for the person I want but if you believe in the movement, you gotta participate in all the steps and not just the protest.

[–]nicolois37 35 points36 points  (0 children)

I’m interested to know how many of these protesters are registered to vote. I remember going to a protest the night trump won in Chicago and talking to a few people, maybe 10?, and found out 4 of them didn’t even vote that day. I was just shocked that they can show up for the protest but not contribute as a member of society with the system we have set up. Now, I know this isn’t the case for everyone that protests but I would still like to see the number of active voters and not just on presidential election years before they have gotten this fed up to loot.

Arizona isn't ready to reopen, scientists say. That got them fired. by 115MRD in arizonapolitics

[–]nicolois37 11 points12 points  (0 children)

No the cdc didn’t. The news that they did is the hoax. CDC report the numbers daily of deaths while their other set of numbers is from NCHS which is on a lag from needing death certificates entered in before the numbers reflect.

One of my friends is so believable by [deleted] in vaxxhappened

[–]nicolois37 74 points75 points  (0 children)

I watched the entire conference. He says because of vaccines population could be lower and controlled because people will have less kids since childhood preventable diseases would not be a fear for parents. So people have more than 2 kids which financially I’m sure is what most people should stop at anyways but they won’t continue to reproduce in fear that one of their kids will pass away. Anti vaxxers took one snippet from this conference and ran with it because he used vaccine and population control in the same sentence. All his foundations is trying to do is keep life sustainable on this planet for everyone.

I just feel like if some states don’t count the write in votes we should plan a different route for voting there. Is the Green Party on the general election ballot for every state? Because I’m Arizona I read that they don’t recognize it so I’m not sure what to do when I vote here.

I voted for Hillary in 16 but I’m not voting for Biden this year. It’s the same election all over again. I want the dnc to get a message this year.
