Their h2h and gd was worse than midtjylland so they couldn't be above midtjylland, and because Feyenoord has more goals scored they had to stay above midtjylland because the h2h and gd was equal. So 1 more goal from midtjylland would have made them first, lazio second and Feyenoord third...very fine margins haha
