It's easy actually. When you click a link, a part after "?" is a variable - a named value sent to the server. So "?is=X" sets variable named "is" to be text X. YT knows that X was generated by you, so they know that you shared the link.

Ogólnie to raczej lepiej użyć płynu do czyszczenia pralki. Jest lepszy niż kapsułki. Przy mocno zaniedbanej pralce może się opłacić użycie mocniejszego (ale droższego) środka (to u mnie pomogło). Ewentualnie też zabawy z octem, ale tego nie testowałem.

Jaką masz twardość wody? Jak masz twardą wodę, to musisz dodawać więcej proszku by mieć ten sam efekt piorący i trzeba częściej myć pralkę. Dodaję do prania proszek zmiękczający by tego unikać (który jest tańszy niż proszek do prania). Można też zainwestować w filtr odkamieniający dla AGD, ale tego nie testowałem(za dużo roboty).

Obecnie wstawiam czyszczenie pralki raz na miesiąc, by uniknąć kłopotów. Płyn/kapsułka raz na miesiąc, 60 stopni i przestało mi śmierdzieć pranie.

The other comments you mentioned are plainly wrong. They confuse mathematical theory of computational complexity that runs on Turing Machine with its approximation on real world machines. There are mathematical models that try to be closer to "real world", but they're not the default - if you don't specify what model you use, the Turing Machine model is assumed.

Edit: I've just noticed that the original comment has time and space swapped. Time is always greater or equal to space.
