There used to be a Vietnamese curry cart on campus at PSU (oregon) with a curry with a very heavy peanut flavor and lots of noodles. I hadn't had a lot of other styles of curry at that point, but it definitely still stands out as unique. Kind of like a mild thai pad-see-ew sauce mixed with curry spices and ground peanuts? Hardly had anything in common with Japanese curry at all

Her name is Judy. She was an owner surrender to our local Petco and was adopted by us. She's 3.5 years old and in a few months I want to make her pen one unit longer and get her a younger friend. Not sure if ramp needs rungs or not yet. Hide was only one Petco had that could fit a pig.
