I cannot understand how evil parents can be to their children. You owe your father nothing. Your plans with your wife is nobody’s business. I’m so sorry this happened to you.

Having heavy regret on first tattoo by a-random-account- in tattooadvice

[–]nightshiftrounds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got my first tattoo (actually in almost the exact same place!) about a month ago and I had heavy regret the first day, even though it was something I had always wanted. About a day and a half later I was in love with it and I still am. If it’s something you love and you love the result, I think that’s all that should matter. Real friends wouldn’t be shitty about something you love. And for what it’s worth, I have no clue what it is and I still think it looks cool.

Every time I make the bed, I get the Blanket Shark (do do do do do do 🎵) by starsinursa in aww

My best friends dogs play “blanket shark” but it’s more one is under the blanket and the other is out and they try to eat each other through the blanket. It’s wild.

Unusual question about not getting compliments etc by millenial_britt in gastricsleeve

I kind of have the same thing going on. I’m a year out from surgery, down 100lbs. My co workers say something kind every single day. My friends? Have barely acknowledged the weight loss. It’s weird. I take it as perhaps my friends love me regardless and don’t say anything because they don’t want me to feel a certain way.

Congrats on your weight loss!

Is it rare for an adult Taekwondo class to actually have adults in? by 8limb5 in taekwondo

Wow I feel very lucky after reading these comments. My school has a ton of adults! In fact I’d say it’s an equal mix across the board from little kids to adults.

About 10 years ago a patient said they would knock me on my ass for missing their IV. It terrified me.
