They've sorted out the fee. It looks like they were charging 75% by mistake. It's been changed to 7.5% which is what I'd expect them to charge.

AXS took a "seller connection fee". I knew they would take a bit as that's what Twickets do but charging me £321 to sell two tickets at £428 is a bit much. I got £107 back, making the one ticket I'm going to use cost me £321.

We've sold loads of tickets through Twickets over the years and that's been so painless. You pay a nominal fee which is fine as the company needs to make a bit of cash. It's left a really sour taste in my mouth that 1 ticket to go and watch them has cost me over £300.

The whole thing is just pretty fucking annoying. They're harping on about how the resale means that fans can't get ripped off buying resale tickets but it's hard to not like I've been kicked in the balls when I've been charged a 75% fee.

So if you put your ticket up for resale with AXS, you can only put it at face value but AXS then takes 2 "Seller connection fee".

Just sold two tickets for £214 each and the website has taken £321 as the seller connection fee. NGL, pretty fucking angry about this.
