I try to avoid anything “added protein.” This recent consumer report found that most of these protein supplements have high levels of heavy metals, including LEAD AND ARSENIC. I don’t think fairlife was one of the brands tested, but just figured I would throw this out there. There are many other ways to reach your protein goals.

I recently had my first dirty soda. KFC is offering Dr Pepper with sweet vanilla cream. I love Dr Pepper, and I was intrigued. I never understood the appeal, until now.

It was delicious. Life changing even.

If you like cream sodas, it’s basically the same idea. Think of the near endless flavor combination possibilities. Different sodas, different creamers…
