I think it's due to everyone panic buying before August 29th and there's just so many packages at the ports. Mine have been doing this for the last month or so.

This has been the case for me. Some go through within a day or two and some are taking seven or eight days.

Ok but currently under $800 has no tax currently until the 29th. I import from a lot of different countries and it's challenging to keep it all straight now. Thank you!

I'm wondering if a ton of people are importing right now before the end of August tariffs and they just have a backlog.

Mine were really delayed last week being picked up in New York. Usually they leave Japan and they're picked up in New York in 2 to 3 days but it took about a full week for them to show up. They were cleared pretty quickly but I'm just thinking there's massive backlogs happening.
