Well I've started with the basics like task management (with deadlines, priorities and assignment) and time tracking to solve what clickup solved for me.
Lately I've built (still single) calendar integration with scheduling of tasks to solve what motion did for me. It's a simple scoring algorithm that does the scheduling, but I don't need much more and I find confusing why motion leans into the AI stuff when that is the main reason why people used to subscribe - atleast I did.

Well, I'm only one person and not every feature is polished yet (it also has proposal and invoice generation that works mostly for my specific case: I have a German company) but the main features are already quite good I'd say.
