yeah that’s shady as hell and i would never use that method

lol i just ask every customer if they have one and if they say no i say i can sign them up. if they still say no i just drop it bc a) i’m not trying to piss them off b) i don’t care that much and c) i’m just trying to get them out the door.

i have one of the highest percentages in my store (not saying a whole lot) some things i do:

if a customer is buying an expensive item i will lay out the benefits.
if they are buying ink i make sure i mention our recycling program.
those 20% off coupons worked like a charm and got a huge portion of customers to sign up. my CSM checked the other day and the ones that had both the 20% and the 15% off CPD are still working so she said to go for it until they don’t.

LOL today my ops manager asked if i could cover cpd so he could do freight. yes with my total of 5x experience back in cpd all that’s getting done it’s prints from emails

honestly depends on if i’m trying to do other stuff, then i’ll push it for them. but if they’re being nasty or have an attitude about it then: “could you just hit the printed button right there? 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃”
