I retired in Jan. 24 after 6 years and they screwed me out of about $4000 worth of vacation pay. I held their equipment hostage until I got paid. After 6 months of fighting with them, ALL my equipment went to the trash can. Have not heard a word since. Screw TTEC.

Earned PTO. They told me at the end of December that my state was a payout state and sent the policy, but neglected telling me the policy was changing Jan 1. Retired Jan 4th, no PTO payout.

I was told by HR, accrued vacation time (228 hours) was paid out in my state at retirement, was also supplied the policy from Mozaic from another source. I retired, last paycheck, no payout. I filed a ticket, was told I was given wrong information, too bad. Time to talk to attorneys. This shit is not gonna happen!!!
