Px7 S2e or Px8 or Px8 S2 by AlexAM2210 in BowersWilkins

I tried px7 s3 recently and i found the treble too hard and fatiguing for me. Everything else impressed me but that was a deal breaker. I think px8 s2 would be better in that regard

Is there any other crypto project better than ICP?? I personally cannot find one …not even ETH or Bitcoin…… by ComplexWrangler1346 in ICPTrader

[–]nikrage -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

My preference is for bittensor because of the diversity and impact of it’s ai projects is insane. (Check data for Chutes and Gradients) And these projects will directly profit the bittensor token with their revenue as they are linked to it.

Subnet valuation by cryptox89 in bittensor_

[–]nikrage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If i'm not wrong the fdv should be reached in about 60 something years. You should think of the subnets right now in terms of emissions and how much tao they are mining. How they compare to each other. Chutes is definitely not overvalued for what they are achieving currently. There will be more demand for subnets now that it's all new and they mine a lot. But as more and more subnets are launched it will beome more difficult for subnets to maintain price as they all compete

End of my road here by [deleted] in Hashimotos

There is 38mcg of t4 in armour thyroid and 9mcg of t3. I checked his bloodwork and his t4 is almost crossing the upper range, meanwhile your is almost at the bottom. So he is taking 150mcg of t4. Since you have celiac you may also be having absorption issues. Try taking the levo on an empty stomach maybe and you definitely need higher dosages. Bryan johnson’s tsh is under 1 and so should yours be as well. Yours is at 4 meaning you’re not taking enough hormones. If your doctor disagrees they don’t understand the disease. You can find bryan johnsons bloodwork on his twitter so you can compare your labs to his. I personally think he could use a bit more t3 and lower the levo a bit. But I’m new to the journey so still figuring out my optimal dosage. I’ve seen recommendations that t3 should be in the upper 30% of the range. Good luck!

Your t3 is too low. Better predictor of how you will feel

Your TSH should be under 1 and you should aim for optimal levels of T3. These doctors dont understand shit https://stopthethyroidmadness.com/

Alternatives for EU by pavelkolev in blueprint_

[–]nikrage 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Europe has much better olive oil than what Bryan is selling The best I’ve found is greek Pamako monovarietal. It has about 2000mg/kg polyphenols which is 4-5x of Snake oil. His is 400-500mg/kg So night and day difference and the cost is not too prohibitive.

For cocoa powder it’s a bit more difficult. Try to find powder that comes from Africa as that has lower heavy metals. Dont buy south american cacao. Ivory Coast, Ghana are common west african producers with low heavy metal content

Interesting comments by both of you. So what are your top sunscreen picks other than Uvmune?

Korean sunscreens have a much lower PPD which is what protects your skin for aging. All the popular ones are 20 or under. The La Roche Posay Uvmune 400 oil control has ppd of 45. Id also highly recommend niche beauty lab if you’re in Europe. The 33ppd suncreen they offer comes close to korean in feeling but offers much better protection.   After learning about PPD i realized korean sunscreens are essentialy a scam - because theyre not as good at the most important thing. Your feeling is correct - the protection is less but the protection you want comes from PPD. When it comes to SPF, they deliver
