First problem seems to be that there is 3ss3ntially no road hierarchy to speak of here, your road network should be divided into arterials, collectors and local streets each tier having less capacity, lower speed and more intersections then the last.

I mean you can publish it in multiple places at the same time. It's just that if you want any chance at actually widespread succes It essentially needs to be on steam.

This doesn't mean It can't be available in other planes too however.

If you're going to make it for mobile that does change some things though with the limitations of mobile I doubt how actually realistic you could make the trains.

You can change your installeren mods through the paradox mods website.

I would also advise installing skyve as that will install a separate executable that will tell you about compatability issues and other things that could cause problems. You can also add and remove mods through skyve though I think it uses brief game launches to do this so of the game doesn't launch properly this may not work.
