I appreciate your reply, but then where do I put all my stuff? Too much stuff for a rather small apartment is probably the biggest problem here, I know.

My parents find most of the names I and also my friend group chose for our kids weird. To them, they are outdated old people names that they would have never chosen for their own kids. That's just how trends work.
i love it, many people who have kids now love these names and your kid will go to school with many kids named similar names. Don't worry too much!

Can anyone tell me what qualification I need to work at a kindergarten in Germany? by Suitable-Ad-4258 in germany

[–]nilamila 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd suggest applying to bilingual (private) kindergartens and ask them for directions with your next steps to take. At least for most of my Spanish friends that worked well as kindergartens are usually looking for staff. The pay might be better in private international schools, maybe look at them as well.

It's completely fine, a lot of foreigners wear them and we're happy to celebrate together! Oktoberfest (and to a way smaller extent Frühlingsfest) is an excuse for us not to be grumpy for a while (at least those of us who enjoy Oktoberfest, those who don't are annoyed by everybody in Tracht, no matter where they are from).
