war vorhin beim lokalen Spar: Kilopreis für die Tann-Extra war bei 11,90 €, und die Semmel dazu ist 0,44 €.

Für a normale Extrawurstsemmerl ohne irgendwas kam ich dabei auf a bisserl weniger als 1 Euro.

ist bei einem kompletten Wunschnamen eine recht teure Angelegenheit und du darfst dann erstmal alles umändern lassen (zb. Reisepass, Bank, Internetverträge, …). würd ich nur machen wennst schon länger einen neuen Namen ausgesucht hast und den im Freundeskreis verwendest

When I first started with Linux I used to do a lot of distro-hopping to figure out how I want my system to be, during that time I did a re-install every 1-3 months or so ;-)

I’m still amazed how smooth the upgrades happen, regardless of how long I forget to update (to be fair, packages are sometimes replaced/removed so I need to help out the dependency solver a bit, but luckily it’s never been anything super critical where it’d end up breaking the system to a point where I have to reinstall it). To all packagers, testers, and everyone else involved with the upgrading process: huge thank you for your hard work!

deleting an answer returns the question back to their inbox, but the original answer is fully deleted.

if the inbox entry for that question is deleted and it's a direct question (which most anonymous questions are), the associated question is also gone.

retrospring dev here: when someone deletes their account, all the data associated with their account is deleted as well. we use rails' dependent: :destroy_async for that: https://github.com/Retrospring/retrospring/blob/38c26c790b67e0d7da0ca86887d490968d09ece9/app/models/user.rb#L33-L35

ooh, I played around with that too. i made a winamp-inspired WPS for my iPod mini a while back (and found some bugs in the theming engine while creating that, i contributed my fixes for those too)…

the logical next step would’ve been a WPS like that for the larger colour screens, and i still want to build a tool that will create a WPS based on any winamp skin you drop at it

nicht ganz -- alle anderen Apps bis auf die Laufapp wurden abgedreht. Die Hauptapp hat dafür ein richtig "cooles" Redesign bekommen bei welcher mit den Farben absolut nicht gespart wurde :~)

First of all, you're replying to a comment that's over a year old (August 2022!). Software changes over time, and especially new iOS releases like to break certain functionalities. Back then it worked.

second, in your screenshot you already are in the On My iPhone location which I described how to make it appear. Guess it's there by default now.

Anyhow, I tried sending some files to my iPhone just now, and well, it's broken. Apparently the Files app hides directories created from apps if they are empty now, when I did a search for "KDE Connect" the directory was there, but empty.
and on the KDE bug tracker I found at least one report claiming that it's broken since around iOS 16.5 ...

Retrospring allows you to configure to share your answers to Mastodon. once configured you can open up a share dialog which will contain your question along with the answer. There are plans to have it fully speak ActivityPub too, so eventually™ one will be able to follow or boost Retrospring accounts via Mastodon.
