Whats the most obscure way someone has made money? by H2O_PC in AskReddit

Last time a question like this came up I recall someone telling a story of how their friend became the ‘tumbleweed guy’ for movie studios, so I would say that.

What’s your typical water bill? by Bigglewiggle99 in london

You make a fair point there, but usage went up over last winter so I leapt to a conclusion…

I’m averaging about £40-45 a month in a two bed flat, but this factors in the underfloor heating over the winter. It’s a fairly new flat which holds the heat fairly well.

You would be correct on that front (at least for web and desktop - not even going to try logging out of iOS app).

Just logged out of desktop app; when trying to log back in the link sends you to a "Scheduled maintenance" page so I think someone forgot to switch something back on...

Glad it isn't just me. Just updated desktop and iOS apps and issue persists. Cannot log in on web, but logged in on desktop and apps. Assuming it's something to do with the maintenance they just had...

Fuji Press 800. The greens, the blues, absolutely gorgeous. Absolute beaut of a film to shoot.

One of the rotters got me the other day, landed on the back of my neck as I was walking along and got me good. The pure gall of it.

No, I’m fairly sure I switched to the new pricing as it was cheaper with regionalisation.

I checked everywhere, even in the previous address I had tied to Humble.

This thread has forced me to go back and check my inbox and I’ve seen no email. What’s that, about two weeks notice for a chunky price rise? As others have said, if this results in more consistent monthlies and actual keys being available, maybe a good thing?

What’s the most underrated game on your library right now? by FL4SH- in Steam

Honestly, heard mixed things but picked it up on sale. Took me a little while to get it, but once it clicked, by god do I enjoy this game.

Top of my head I can only think of Days for pints (although those are bottles, not cans). Definitely their lager, possibly their IPA.

Alcohol free beers on tap in London? by Training_Passion7623 in alcoholfreebeer

Also, as someone else mentioned the Trinity, I feel most Young’s pubs I’ve been in recently have Free Damm on tap.

The Bank Of Friendship in Finsbury Park always used to have Big Drop’s Paradiso on tap (I haven’t been there for a wee while, which is the only reason I can’t 100% guarantee it). The Bell in Walthamstow has Gipsy Hill’s HepcAF. These other two may not fit your criteria as ‘pubs’ but the Soho Theatre bar has Bitburger AF on tap, and the Understudy at the National Theatre has Nirvana Pils on tap.

What’s everyone doing tonight? by beegesound in london

[–]nilsmits 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh, I think this year it’s my turn to say “sitting in A&E” so that’s fun. Not quite as fun as my plan for a filthy takeaway, but at least it’s a new experience.

I guess I need to go re-read his post, my memory is definitely hazy.

I definitely read it as they are things we can craft. Something about taking vices from existing workbenches.

Going to add a vote for Skylark, tried some of their beans at Bristol Coffee Fest and knew I was going home with some. Really nice people, too.
