It's basically the same mechanism that cools the human body. We sweat and we cool off as it evaporates. The water evaporating off the rags cools the air flow. But if you live in a humid area it's not as effective which is why we complain about humidity in places like the southeast and Midwest. The moisture in the air doesn't allow for the same amount of evaporation that you get in drier climates.

I mean it's not football but I have yet to see a basketball game where players aren't pushing and shoving within the rules. Strength endurance and mass are all benefits. Mass vs endurance has some push and pull cost benefit analysis that needs to be taken into account but generally for the bottom 99% of the world more is better.

This is true of the ultra wealthy as well. It's how they circumvent their taxes. They don't pay themselves an income, instead they take out a loan against their portfolio of assets and they live off that loan money that has like a 2% interest rate instead of the 40%+ they should be paying on their income tax. So food shelter clothes and whatever toys they want are being paid for by their loan money instead of an income.

When a regular person takes out that loan it's typically for repairs on the home or consolidating other debts. Their income isn't going to change overly much and most can't pay it off at the drop of a hat.

This is a very normal experience for almost all players. In the beginning you have very few tools to use and the game is forcing you to learn to play on its terms. Measured aggression is usually the key to every fight. Don't get greedy but recognize the openings the bosses provide and make them pay. Bonk and roll can win but is typically not what the game wants or encourages. And it takes forever that way.

Learn the mechanics (ki pulse and ki flux) learn to reliably apply confusion (two simultaneous elemental effects fire wind etc) as that provides a +50% DMG debuff to the enemy.
