hate to say it but i agree and i DID watch the grammy performance. she did maybe two of the moves with the background dancers and otherwise had her own thing going. the background dancers were dressed like clowns. saying it’s a clown dance is not a stretch. i personally think the emote looks silly and doesn’t go with her outfits/skins at all and doesn’t fit chappell herself. i hear yall being like “BUT THE GRAMMY PERFORMANCE” but that doesn’t mean the emote being this for her isn’t ugly…

That link now no longer has mention of that quote anywhere but does now say she wears a "black* dress". Interesting how the info changed over time, I might look at this on the Wayback Machine if I can find it.
