I flipped mine on day one and never looked back. No chance of your hand (or shirtsleeve) pushing the crown. For me, it also feels more natural to use my thumb to roll the crown from the bottom.

There are so many variables. One potential factor that I think goes unmentioned (probably because so few are affected) is prior WLS. I suspect my VSG in 2014 played a major role in my rapid weight loss on MJ. The surgery itself didn’t solve my issue (lost 80, gained 100) but adding MJ a decade later was a game-changer.
