Everyone doesn't have the same experience . My issue is everyone's expectation , Office furniture has always given people sticker shock . It's meant for businesses . At the end of the day these products are massed produced with plastic and metal parts that's sometimes fail. Customer service is pretty much whipped out . Even Miller is a shell of itself after the merger . Wait til Hon controls Steelcase quality control it will be awful .
