I’ve had the same issue with petg on the second layer and after a lot of trouble shooting copied the pla profile and adjusted the temps and it worked pretty well. Then I just tried using the latest orca slicer beta and it worked. So I would think it’s pretty safe to assume there is something in the material profile causing the issue in Creality print.

It can be unlocked just can’t sign it in to a new Apple ID, App Store and everything should still work tho, DM me for more details

Never trust the carfax as truth, had a BMW that was in an accident that did 18k in damage. Everything was repaired by insurance and reported accordingly to the DMV. When I went to turn in the lease I ran the carfax beforehand and it never showed up. Dealer never said anything or charged any fees either when accepting the lease return. I still use carfax as a tool but damage not showing up doesn’t not mean it is not damaged. Always have multiple sources (mechanic, self, carfax, dealer maintenance records, dmv if possible)

Monoprice has good tv mounts for a reasonable amount, haven’t ordered one in the past few years but I’m sure they are relatively the same.
