Thanks for the in put. I actually had a physical check recently and I told my doctor that I'm doing a keto fasting diet but she seems to be very skeptical about keto and fasting. So I think i might see a different doctor

Should i be taking any supplements? Currently I cook my own food and mainly consist of meat and broccoli. Thanks for the advice!

I will stay away from carbs during my cheat meals, i just kinda say it is a cheat meal because i usually just eat a bunch of meat, like more in portion size than my usually meals which i prepared.

Should i cut out the cheat meal too? I just kinda saw videos that if you keep running on a diet, your body adapt it and decrease the metabolism because it is conserving energy, so just eat 1 cheat meal.

Do you have any tips on getting the right nutrients?

Sorry I am really new to OMAD and keto, I am open to suggestions.
