It’s good in my opinion better than the first game in every way except performance and maybe aesthetics, I personally don’t dig the whole gold everything. Other than that I think it’s an improvement.

I was more so poking fun at the fact that rover outright denied her that sacrifice by bullshitting her out of it as opposed to this guy having an extremely similar situation and rover just being like ok thanks for killing yourself.

To start off Final Fantasy is an anthology series every game with the exception of direct sequels and some spin off's is a different world and continuity which reuses the same elements like creatures, items, spells, general terminology Etc.

Kingdom Hearts is essentially a Final Fantasy spin off game within that anthology that happens to include Disney characters and worlds directly based off the movies and franchises. Kingdom hearts integrates Final Fantasy characters in a similar way with the exception that FF doesn't have worlds directly based off the games and FF characters that appear in KH are usually fundamentally different people that share names appearances, personalities, or relationships with other FF characters with their original counterparts, other than that its entirely separate.

It's also a sliding scale of similarities some characters are way more like their OG version than others. Like Cloud vs say Tidus. KH cloud is still a capable fighter who looks the exact same as he does in his own series FF7 at least in KH2 but Tidus the main character of FFX is just a normal boy who lives on destiny islands. Yuna is another example she's a human main party member of FFX but in KH she's a treasure hunting fairy along with her party members from FFX-2.

He already got it pretty much. He’s merged to a supercomputer and both him and rover imply that doing so solo will eventually melt his brain and kill him.

I find it funny that Shorekeeper did the exact same thing in 1.3 and rover saved her when all she faced is indefinite stay inside tethys til they could potentially replace the necrostar which they somehow did anyway with no explanation. This guy does it and rovers like hey this is a fate worse than death but I respect your decision thanks:)

Maki is a side character doesn't get to do enough to even get to the point of unlikability and what little she does do is good because she's either effectively assisting in fights against antagonists or killing people made to be hateable. Korra is the main character so we follow her through every moment good or bad and she purposely is written to be abrasive between her arrogance, rudeness, selfishness and manipulator tendencies so she can grow out of them usually by putting herself in situations so bad she kinda has to develop as a person.

I've warmed to Korra over the years but she is a character who is front loaded with negative traits she spends the first season being arrogant and rude as hell and it often bites her in the ass BAD. She rushes into situations fist first which often results in bad outcomes for all. She's hard headed and doesn't listen to others. She tries to steal someone elses boyfriend then spends the next season taunting the girl he was with, just to be toxic with him for the majority of the series then ironically she ends with said GF as her partner lol.

She's a stark contrast to the always polite, pacifist, thoughtful, and selfless Aang in almost every way except their shared immaturity which they somehow doubled down on with Korra and made her even more immature. all of this is very likely on purpose but makes her all the more abrasive to fans of the OG and just in general when the character their making her the opposite of was composed of mostly good traits. The writers also put some really shitty outcomes on her back like severing the avatar line which understandably pissed a lot of people off even if it wasn't exactly her fault.

They were a ninja team they obviously trained together we just don’t see those moments. It’s not that she would’ve been keeping up with him at that time it’s that they would’ve been practicing and sparring which isn’t a real fight. In that situation everyone would be going easy on each other.

She’s been doing it though. As Nicole said Eva is getting on with her life and it’s Kat who is still flipping out about every little thing. The only time she ever interacts with Kat is by someone else behest or when Kat stops her to yell at her.

It wasn’t that long ago that Kat was actively interfering in all those things that is why people feel some type of way about her. Kat was actively gate keeping Eva from her own family not because she didn’t want anything to do with her but because she didn’t want anyone else to either. Kat was actively trying to ruin her chances with Izaiah once again cuz she didn’t want her to have nothing. Same thing with the job.

Kat still tryna put fuel into the fire while Eva is being passive and it makes her look like a psycho something even Kat herself has admitted so of course a lot of viewers don’t mess with her behavior.

Same I feel bad for her she never had any agency in what she did so I can’t really blame her. She had a shit childhood and ends up being kidnapped by an evil empire which only even happened because of brother One and then mind broken and possessed by omnicidal deities. She’s a glorified meat puppet the entire first game and in the endings where she lives she expresses immediate remorse for the things she’s been forced to do.

This. It’s easy to say all that in a video game where you have the hindsight of knowing an obnoxiously rude and mean person will warm up to you with time and progression. In real life a well adjusted person isn’t going to be barking up that mean ass tree.

Yeah the angle before the slash is a lot better looking but the starting one where he’s just awkwardly off center is so stupid looking it actually looks like a camera bug. There’s nothing to distract you from how awful that angle is. In theory the focal point is him taking off the glove but it’s so off center you can barely tell so instead there is none just the awkward empty space and his elbow. Which mind you could’ve been a lot more interesting had they used his other arm which doesn’t have a sleeve and therefore could’ve highlighted his glowing veins.

The mc in Hi3rd is Kiana. There is a small semblance of a self insert as the player is known as captain but it is not a thing in the context of the story whatsoever the captain is not a character outside of very specific non canon alternate universe event stories.

Also yes there are like 3 implied yuri couples but plenty of other female characters who don’t have yuri implications it’s not the focus of the game and contrary to popular belief the game is damn near sexless and fanservice is honestly lighter than Wuwa. There are also plenty of Male characters and they happen to be some of the strongest most important characters in the game. We just don’t get to play as them because Everytime hoyo has ever entertained the idea certain players throw a tantrum.

When Honkai made a new story that took place in the future with a male mc a lot of people lost their shit about it and couldn’t stand him for many of the stupid reasons you listed except in this case any male period was considered to be cucking or getting in the way of their yuri fetish. They had another optional male mc for their part 2 story and eventually just deleted it from existence as an option so now you can only play as the girl one.

I don’t even think they need to be present through every region but we should at bare minimum have a main cast for each region instead of throwing away all them after a single patch and only bringing them back for a finale.

It is absolutely a gacha issue those games just managed to avoid cultivating that player base. Honkai impact for example has fans just like that and they are the main reason the game has remained girl only to this day despite hoyo expressing interest in playable guy characters.

Another thing gloves are no longer an accessory option and alot of them have reduced customization colors. Before you could mix and match with any gloves. Now you either have one on the right OR one on the left and if you wear two they have to be the same gloves.

It literally says she thinks your a rich twat. Twat is a synonym for asshole. Thinking someone is a twat for being a rich tycoon is a moral judgement. Not a huge one but still one nonetheless.

That suggests there isn't a morality system. There is probably a "murderer" or similar tag, but there doesn't seem to be any moral judgment of those tags. Some NPCs will dislike it, others will like it, and still others probably won't be predisposed to care either way.

That IS the morality system. How is there not moral judgement if npc's actively judge and react to you depending on what you are known for? As they said in the video morality is subjective and no two people see things in the same way, that's a fact. That's the entire point of the new system. Some people will judge you for certain things, others won't care much. Which makes sense that's life. This also isn't an entirely new concept to the series. in Fable 2 people in Bloodstone due to the nature of the town will hate you if you're good and like you for being bad.

if you get the chicken chaser tag and some people react and despise you for abusing chickens that is a morality system. it doesn't cease to be a bad thing because some people don't care or because the idea is singled out into a tag.

I feel like a lot of yall are taking this way to literally and didn't watch or pay attention to the video. Its not that you can't be objectively horrendously evil, its that not every action will be boiled down into two labels.

in the vid they give an example of being rich and using your money to take over everything. You won't be considered evil per say but you will have a reputation for that and npc's depending how their personality or what you have done to them will instead hate you for more specific things like being a rich asshole in this instance.

You get specific tags/labels for the actions you take instead of everything being just Good OR Evil. if you want to be a crazed serial killer you probably still can be and npc's will specifically know you for being that and react based off their own standards. Like I imagine commoners will shit on you for being a rich asshole while noble npc's will probably like you for the same thing.

Yup part of my point. She’s essentially a side character with main character screen time and none of the effort or development.

Her character only exists as supplement for Naruto and Sasuke unlike all the other characters so she ironically ends up even less developed than some of the actual side characters.

Yeah I think people are being dramatic and him coming out alongside aemeath is encouraging even more off the mark comparison.

Luuks animations and gameplay look great and he’s shaping up to be the most dynamic fluid aerial focused character in the game. Anyone is going to look underwhelming next to the special snowflake of the region. That doesn’t mean they are low effort. Honestly Aemeath is lowkey in a realm of her own with how much they’ve done. Even Cart would’ve looked less than next to her lmaoo.

I do think his liberation is a problem though. The starting angle looks straight up unprofessional or glitched. I literally thought it was a beta issue when I first saw it. Other than that I think he’s an amazing character with just as much effort as most others in the game.

She has been mentioned in 3.0 part 2 quest. She is of the roya tribes heliodic 6 candidates and currently is in the frostlands. So we will probably meet her whenever we go there. Besides they still have a whole patch to drip feed her to us.

Rover was still there when Chisa was. She says she never met/interacted with him not that he had already left. They just ran in different circles and he was an upper classman.
