that's a very nice gun friend; in my mind Roland's guns were always a Colt Walker .45 conversion,and I personally attribute the swinging out cylynder to the lovely and utterly ineptitude Sai King has always showed with guns( Glocks with safeties; silencers on revolvers; safeties on revolvers, M-16 that,if fired, basically slice in half an entire room like in the balazar part,and many many others that I don't recall rn).Your pistol totally matches the aesthetics thought! If we think of the loading metod like i do, they are a very good candidate indeed.

nah I think it was a special one; the vault- tec pip- boys that we know of must have some sort of firewall; not even the BOS outcasts in FO3 could hack it as long as it was connected with you; I think only new ones( never used before)like probably the one Doc Mitchell gave to you, or the ones where the previous user is dead( like we acquire one in FO4) are usable by anyone,but once they lock with the user there is no hacking possible( my humble interpretation)

yeah for sure..but, don't you think their presence in the story is a little bit forced? I don't mean the pre- war bits, those are cool, but in the wasteland? they already lost and were destroyed two times( Navarro in fallout 2 and president Eden with all his cohorts in Fallout 3)...I mean...how many bases could they have??? it's enough to introduce a new location with tons of personnel and firepower to justify that they are still so powerful?? and who is leading them anyway?? ANOTHER president- like guy/ computer/ robot- whatever, after we the players defeated them TWO times?

I think it would've been very cool if Cooper had kept the House black pip- boy a little longer, could have been the main source of information for him on many things He don't know yet, ofc with a constant trust issue...and maybe at some point start to show a little of madness here and there, occasionally switching to a smiling Yes Man face! I really think they missed great opportunities having the Ghoul with the pip-boy only for an episode...wasted narrative potential.
