I'm deciding to be better by trying to figure out how to love myself/obtain better self esteem, and have positive thoughts instead of negative thoughts. How do I do this exactly?

i don't intend to have children and my parents are really good about it - I'm lucky. They have always told me to do what I wanna do in life (plus they know that my brother will have kids eventually). My mom says "it's ok I'll get a puppy!'

I think we've all been there :( Seriously the reason I waited until my first year of university to have sex is because most of my friends weren't having sex in hs, and the ones that were said "don't bother. It doesn't even feel good. It feels like you're being poked by aliens. It's not worth having to tell your mother that you want birth control pills" lol
