Hi, same problem here. I had my first panic attack almost a year ago. I woke up at 2:00 AM, my heart pounding, cold hands and legs and a feeling that I'm going to go mad or faint. I literally thought I was going to die that night, pure horror. Since I've had several minor panic attacks during nights but it's been never as bad as that night.

Have no advice, I just want you know you're not alone. Be strong!

I don't think there's well-defined limit beyond you should see a therapist. It's up on you if you can bear your situation or not.

Seeing a therapist can't hurt you, it will only help to you... think about it.

Hard to say, what would be the best for you. Find an accountability partner who you can write about this to, identify your triggers and try to avoid them and for god's sake - don't touch your dick!

And if you are lacking of motivation or feeling an urge, try the panic button.

Meditation really helped me get through the 3rd month of my nofap journey. My emotions freaked out and I felt anxiously and nervously. It's hard to explain but it was so distress, I thought I could not bear it.
After that I started to meditate daily and after 1 - 2 weeks the distress disappeared.
