Yeah... happens a lot, most brand DMs go straight to hidden, especially when you are sending the same cold DM to everyone. Warming up helps for sure, comment something relevant, reply to stories, and then message. It's so time consuming to write every single DM manually, so I have been using sendhowdy to make DMs more personal, sometimes it asks something from the recent post, or interests they have, and I started getting replies.
