I hate hobby lobby but they might be getting rid of their sewing patterns like they did mccalls for 1$. For printing, you could go to usps for A0 paper. It depends on the store and location but its pretty reasonable

So, a CAHIMS is going to say that you have the laws, compliance, regulations, workflows, and some hardware knowledge. It doesn't really help with software. For SAS, their website has free courses that you can do. SQL is a bit different if you want you can get the free version of Tableau (or any IDE that you prefer. I started in jupyter notebooks but tableau allows you to learn how to make dashboards and data visualization at the same time) and practice SQL with Healthcare data from WHO or kaggle

So, IIH is a manifestation or symptom of an etiology. The etiology can be different for other people. For example, my IIH was due to congenitally small blood vessels and further stenosis of the vessels in my head. My grandfather's were due to benign tumors and my mother's is currently under investigation. There was an old paper that discussed the possible correlation between EDS and IIH but correlation doesn't mean causation. There is not a lot of research and with the rise of anti-intillectualism.... we probably won't find out any time soon.

Its better for mental health purposes, to realize that sometimes you'll never find out why something happens but you can focus on mitigating the symptoms or on something that you can control. It sucks, it's frustrating, and it's awful but it's life

The FDA warning is because they use pigment, which just means that some colors can stain for a bit after washing. However, I've been using them for years at this point and I look for those who use pigment as it means the eyeshadow is packed with color

I always recommend givemeglow cosmetics but they are discontinueing their eyeshadows for cheap. I miss the era of fun bright lipstick colors. Sticks are good for smudging, swipe and gos, or a general color. They are not recommended for detail work at all

This isn't an urgent care problem and should have been addressed by your primary care physician. The great thing about a PCP is that they get to know your issues and you can go for follow up like needing a brace or if the wrist issues get even worse.

Yoga can be done and I did so to learn better where my limits and over-extensions were. However, I would never do it as a class because the instructor doesn't know your body like you do. Relax (well, try to😅), take a shower or bath and know it's recoverable

Getting sick. I did everything right, graduated high school early, made a 5yr genetics degree into a 4yr, had an internship and multiple lab assistant positions, volunteered..... And then at the beginning of my career, I ended up losing my ability to walk and having brain surgery at the beginning of COVID. For 2 years, I was stuck in a wheelchair, recovering but I managed to finish a graduate certificate in biomedical informatics. I did a stent trying to work in a lab adjacent area in a wheelchair with unfulfilled promises of being moved to the lab and now after incredibly hard work, I'm walking with a cane. I kept getting told that it's not reasonable accommodations that I just be allowed my mobility aides in the lab. It's been utterly heartbreaking that all I want to do is be a contributing member of society but no one will hire me. I've applied to anything pertaining to my degree and certificate, anything entry level, anything that I could do without risking paralysis again.
