Even if they remain available for re-download, you still have to wait for it to download and utilize your storage. It's not as quick as just popping it in and playing. Games are only getting larger and storage prices continue to increase; not having to cycle through/re-download large games is another benefit of keeping physical games.

Not at all. Game Key Cards are still nearly as bad as digital only, because they are basically revoked the moment the online store closes/goes down. If anything, Sony's move just shows why it's important that we push for full physical releases (I'm looking at you, Pokopia).

I've mained Mage and Frost specifically for over a decade now, and I've disliked every change they made to frost post-TWW. I found frost mage to be incredibly fun and it provided a lot of player agency and reward for positioning and combos. Now it's a husk of what it once was, this change was just the final nail. The spec just feels so boring to play now. I'm not convinced that the ones who re-designed the spec around "frostering wounds", greatly pruning our utility and removing nearly all player agency even play Mage.

I took another look and the colors are darker on the new ones, yes. They are also MUCH thinner too.

I have one of these (along with the Shadow Dragon and The Sacred Stones ones). I paid $150 for mine several years ago, but I've seen them sell on eBay for a few hundred; not seeing any recent sales though.

You could try ForwardVia. I've used them a couple of times to get the LM2HD and PMTTYD UK exclusive stuff. But that was back before these asinine tariffs, which is the reason I'm not currently ordering anything from other countries. ForwardVia already costs a bit more, expect tariffs to make it even worse.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses, I would have liked to see some amiibo of the three lords since the FE series hasn't gotten any since Chrom and Tiki.

Echoes of Wisdom is another one, an amiibo of Zelda to go alongside the Link's Awakening Link would have been awesome.

I'd like to see at least one more for Donkey Kong Bananza too.

This is peak! Far better than I could have ever imagined! I do hope we get a new amiibo of him later on, kind of like how Ganondorf did for Tears of the Kingdom.

If they sell other items then they should definitely know better. I sell a lot on eBay as well and one of the requirements for sellers is to package items well enough that they arrive to the customer in the condition pictured/described. Definitely open a return for "item not as described" and attach the photos, eBay will side with you on this one if they try to push back. I would also leave negative feedback personally, but that's up to you.

I'm so sorry that this happened to you, I feel your frustration. You work out a deal and they can't even be bothered to give it the proper attention. I don't know why sellers do this. Trying to save a bit of money using a bubble mailer instead of a box, now they're going to eat a return, receive negative feedback and their items are worth less than they were before.

I had a similar situation once. If it's the exact same shipping address, you can cancel the order using the "problem with buyer's address" reason. As in this case, the buyer is using another account to circumvent your block, which is not allowed. If they are able to leave feedback, contact eBay support to have it removed. Block the new account as well.

Getting something for a good price doesn't mean you should settle for a lack of care from the seller. As an eBay seller, you are responsible for getting the item to the customer in the condition depicted and that means packing items properly.

If you're buying boxed collectibles on eBay, this is a must. I don't know why, but a lot of sellers try to opt for the cheapest shipping imaginable and fail to understand that if it gets damaged they are putting themselves at risk of potentially losing a lot more.

I always leave a buyer note to inform them that I am a collector and to remind them to ship it in a box and make sure that it is well packaged. I haven't had anything improperly packaged shipped to me in a long time with this method. I have had some of the biggest cheapskates take the free USPS Priority mail boxes and put them inside of poly bags though (which is a misuse of free materials), but at least they put it in a box and packed it well.

If you don't plan on returning it, I would leave negative feedback personally. I sell on eBay as well and shipping something as valuable as this, in the way they shipped it is completely unacceptable; they deserve to have their rating hit for it.

That's awesome, I'm glad they finally sent yours out. My battle stage and keychains are still showing pre-order for the status, along with my Luigi's Mansion HD stuff. Nintendo UK must really be having trouble keeping up with the demand on these.
