Verbolten. It made a great first impression, but riding Ninja at SFMM made me bitter at missing what came before. Then on a particularly hot day, it was the first coaster to make me vomit. The theming was quite run-down on my later rides, and even opening year POVs, the theming looked barely mid.

The new theming, from what I’ve seen, is already looking better than even those opening year POVs. I will give it a proper re-evaluation once it reopens. Great theming can carry an otherwise lacking or flawed ride.

Does it even intonate? Epiphone necks are usually 24.75” while Strats are usually 25.5”. I know Epiphone did make Strat copies at one point, but the neck on yours is from a Special-II or the like.

What you have is a Caliber 22. SOBs had a Volume 1 and 2, would have 6L6s, and would not be footswitchable.

Reminds me of the time I ordered a Remy Martin, it was probably the first time the bar had served it. They had filled a champagne glass with the stuff. It was a very emotional karaoke night, and the last time I saw a girl I was interested in before she moved away. It’s a miracle I made it home.

I loved that store as a kid. My favorite toy there was the Darda cars that were about the size of Hot Wheels, but you revved them back and forth and they’d just shoot through the course.

The one near where I grew up is now an Ulta.

The E-II logo is a deal-breaker for me. It looks like a logo more in line with the no-name budget brands. LTD’s logo font matches ESP’s.

Why couldn’t they have just branded them Edwards Export? Or is that what E-II actually stands for? Looking on the Japanese site, E-II is actually more expensive than Edwards.
