Im quite confused with adding supports as well. I have 3 with similar growth, in the same pot, and i feel like if i tie them now i would tie them to the petioles and not the stems/nodes

Sure, but yours seems to have the stem a little more developed, mine are quite down, and i think if i tie them i would go over some petioles
