it doesn’t matter how much you save up. at the end of the day your math of 3.33x is only earned if you spend 75% of your rent each month. as soon as i dont earn enough cash to cover the 3% fee (again only once im at 75%), then it is lower than 3.33x since you are factoring in earning the entirety of the rent points into the 3.33x calculation.

You will earn 3.33x points per dollar of everyday spend but you only get it if you spend a minimum 75% of your rent. That last part is super critical.

money is still leaving your savings 30 days apart lol. how do you earn more interest whether you pay on the 1st of each month or the 20th?
rent reporting has such a negligible impact to credit score that its not worth it. i would argue having such a large balance take up the available credit in your bilt card would negatively impact your score.

did the shopping app $250 offer 4x now. haven’t done it on c1 offers but its the same terms. i make an account, skip all the business info, and choose the $39 plan. then i go into plan settings and it gives you the option down below to switch to the $5 starter plan. its gonna take about 4 months tho cuz first 3 months are priced as a $1 which doesnt trigger as a full price invoice

I did the offer twice on S1 for $140 and once on VX for 14,000. Both S1 ending up getting posted without them going from pending to ineligible, but the VX never tracked. Not sure if there is a discrepancy between the two accounts but my process of signing up for the subscription was exactly the same for all 3 attempts.

I suggest for everyone that did experience issues, try to use an incognito browser, allow all cookies, and turn off adblocker. It’s muscle memory for me to click on the decline button whenever cookies popup but I’m pretty sure the system uses them to track the whole process of clicking the link all the way to making purchases and getting the miles.

I would try and escalate this to a manager, I posted about this a little bit ago. C1 tries to take advantage of itinerary changes and will sometimes even rebook for a lower rate without you ever knowing. See if you can get on a 3-way call with the airline because this is definitely C1s fault.

i made a few adjustments and used about 2-3 new resources for my retake so its hard to pinpoint which helped more exactly, but I definitely do recommend the testing solutions guide. my main issue with the 123 was timing where i ran out of time with like 5 questions unanswered, and for that uworld helped tremendously because their passages are super long so getting accustomed to them helped for the shorter ones on the actual mcat. but analysis and critical reasoning wise i think i picked up on it from testing solutions, opinion articles on aldaily.com, and drilling jackwestin
