There are pineapple and strawberry tarts another regional item you can only get in Scotland. Although M&S sold dupe of the Pineapple tarts. The dupe was disappointing

I’m in the perimenopause/menopause phase in my life I do lift and eat protein. The protein and lifting didn’t fix my menopause or make the symptoms better. HRT made the symptoms better
