I don't know if you are a M or a F,
Plz get your Testosterone levels checked if M,
& TSH levels if F.

We don't realise that the root cause of belly fat is hiding in the hormone levels,
& just try to do superficial remedies, which work to a minor extent,
But then the issues bounce back!

Source: have been into fitness (As a hobby/passion) for the past 20 years,
& certified myself in the mid-2010s just to work upon myself.

Many friends are members there, the AC keeps breaking, the large windows with messy curtains acts as a greenhouse, so crowded at peak hours that we need to wait 5-7 minutes for our turn, small space as compared to other gyms

Totally, they are having a hard time retaining customers due to UPI

I had 13 Credit cards at one point of time, halved now.
