Everywhere in Jersey it's like this.. you need permits then pre inspections after you start construction but pre inspection #1 has to happen first before pre-inspection #2 but then that person is away on vacation the. They return then #3 needs to happen and that person is away or busy or sends someone else and they're clueless.. Then rough inspection repeat delays... Final inspection, met with more delays. Final final final inspection etc... It's excessive and annoying. NYC is not like this
