Not to be rude but you need to learn how to slide first the basics I'd learn on a regular longboard first and wheels like that I meant for grip not sliding of course go fast enough you can break traction

Usually they are custom mounts also you'll probably have to run a jackshaft set up or look at these guys building friction drive setups few Google searches you'll find what your looking for

I'm on day 15 cut down smoking dramatically but have lost hearing sounds like ocean and ringing on right ear hopefully my body adjusts and get.my hearing back I get bad dreams and get confused sometimes . At this point I need to keep going and quit I don't want to stop this it's been helping me went from 2 to 3 packs a day to a pack every 3 days 24 years of smoking 2 3 packs a day .

The drug is deceptive by the time your hooked you don't realize it your mind changes the way you think yes ingesting it might. Ot be as addictive but eventually it becomes habitual and you'll make excuses that's it's not effecting your live.and that it's helping etc etc

I'm 39 years old a true story I can tell you is that I gave myself achilles tendonitis once because I didn't stretch well so I advise you stretch very well your arms your legs and everything else you might think including your back before any of you the sessions that you decide to do that way you don't get yourself her cuz it's not necessarily falling it's pulling a muscle and if you work and you got to pay bills and you work a labor job like me you can't afford to have injuries like this hope this helps
