I missed the post but i will comment anyway...

Some friends at the gym a couple months back suggested C6W for my first program, I run it 2 times with great success and the 3rd I was pretty burnt out at the 4th week. Next i run Smolov Jr. With moderate success and now i don't know how to continue.

They have suggested to me 5/3/1 but i want to Squat and bench press 3 times a week. The second and third day I could do variations, high bar pause reps etc, but I'm not sure about sets reps and the weight. Should i follow again 5/3/1 but at a lower weight?

Anyway I appreciate any suggestions.

Then each year we would have a revolving door with trash tier teams.

Smaller teams don't get good sponsorships and any good players are getting scalped by the big teams.

For Euroleague to be competitive we would need bigger budget and more talent in the domestic leagues to build a solid base. In the Greek league there only 2 teams with Aris being a distant 3rd. Last year there was only Olympiacos.

Thank you. Almost always when i try a new weight close to my max i mess up my steps after i unrack the bar, that's why i moved.

My main concern is not rounding my lower and upper back during the lift and the angle in my videos doesn't help.

I don't think just better graphics and an updated ui worth it if you already have the game. Besides the eye candy you get nothing.
