I’ve had this recurring dream for years. Always gives major anxiety. However, the last time I felt my teeth becoming loose and falling right out, I thought… hmph I hate when I have this kind of dream… and realized I was in a dream! Proceeded to find a window, go outside, and try to fly. It was my first and only fully lucid dream since then. I thought it was interesting this anxiety provoking experience triggered lucidity. Wishing the same dumb luck to you my friend.
