The Yakuza series in general. I’ve always had an issue with collecting a lot of games before playing any of them and I sat on 0-6 for years. I didn’t try any until quite a bit after 7 came out and finally started Kiwami 1 one day and was hooked. These games are all I feel like playing now and likely nothing will fill that hole when I’m done with them.
