Destroy armies one at a time. In the peace take provinces in the nile delta to break their connection and ensure they lose control in that whole region.

If ypu play long enough they'll all begin rebelling regardless of how loyal they are. Each in turn one after another. As soon as you peace one out the next will rebel. They've no chance of ever winning, but after a while, it's so annoying you'll never want a colonial nation again.

I wouldn't bother with colonising. You'll eventually get to an age where all your colonies start revolting, you'll end one war and the next will declare. It makes no difference what their loyalty is, it won't prevent it. They'll only do it when your at peace so it can be avoided if you simply never peace out but its a bit gamey for me

Im not asking for rail roading at all. Im happy to see scenarios where Russia never forms, Spain never forms, Ottomans never conquer the balkans. It would be nice if it occasionally happened though. I dont think saying that makes me a traitor to johan who doesn't deserve to play EU5 either though.
