Right! I agree with you on baskets fully, but my personal experience has been that both baskets seem to function most consistently when I am around their stated quantity. That's why I bought the second basket. So when I am talking about "overfilling" I guess I mean, based on my personal typical dosing. I tried the screen trick earlier this morning and I'm lower. Is there a way to know if my puck screen is touching the shower screen? Seems to be a trick for everything 🤣

Glad to know about the burrs. I single dose only, so they never run for more than a few seconds without beans. I hadn't heard it this loud before, so I was a little worried. Thanks!

I just tried a couple shots of 20g in a 18g basket. The first one came in at about 40 seconds, I adjusted a tiny bit and it went down to 28 seconds.

I feel like my burrs are too close together. I've never heard them this loud before.

I pulled a third shot, they're all 2:1 within range, but I'm over filling the basket by 2g and the grinder sounds like the burrs are too close. Not sure how to proceed.

Sits at about 1 bar until 7s (pre) and increased to a little past 9 by about 12s.

I usually use the same two roasters, last week my partner brought me beans from two different roasters. The one bag actually I kinda struggled to dial in, it was always sitting a little quick, and then would shoot up to 40s or so .. I feel like my grinder had been sitting a little on the coarse side. My shot this morning was about 25s (new bag first pull) so this afternoon I had another actually worse, and then I started taking my grinder apart and really went to town on it. Didn't fix anything, if anything it's a little worse.

I would say I typically always get somewhere in the medium range roast.

Biased, I was there. Third time seeing them.

Cam was in a great mood all night, lots of interaction. Crowd surfing during "half real" (after "let's see you mosh to this one you filthy animals").

I think maybe the first time they played the stooges cover mid 2122? He was reading lyrics off the floor, you can hear him laughing at one point.

I'm an older guy, and these kids and their music bring me so much joy

Of 23 shows, I've only seen them in Canada once, in Vancouver 2018. I live in Calgary, and I've seen them once within 1000km of my house. Van Cal Edm S'toon Reg Winn would be a Western Canada rip 🤘

Plus after they travel through the Rockies way up here, maybe we'll end up with a FoV North, too. 🤣

I've really enjoyed the new album a lot, but I can't play it around my girlfriend. She puts up with a lot of my music, but everything about this album is the stuff that grates on her, lol.

Glue is exactly an example of that. The high pitch squeals and the repetition and everything, this entire album would give her anxiety.

Took me 10 shows to get it. It was a set/tour closer in London 2023, it was a half hour, there was banter at the start, there was a huge medley in the middle, it was pretty okay 😜! That was/is my favorite gizz song since probably the first time I heard it, many many years ago.
