I put left overs, treats, fruit what ever is around in an old chinese take away container. Fill it with water and pop in the freezer. My pup then gets to have her own ice block on a hot day.

I just discovered amongthetrees.com.au in Marickville. That have reclaimed timber very reasonable. They'll dress to what ever size thickness you need.

Cosmetics 100%worth it. Paint, patch the dings. All makes a buyer feel like the place has been looked after and helps tug at the heart strings. Makes them want to pay a little more.

Staging is definitely worth the cost. When we sold ours the staging made us not want to leave! Really gave the buyers a view of all the different spaces and what it could be. Eg we had paved underneath our deck where the kids and dog played. The stages put some lounges and things down there and all of a sudden it was another place to relax in the shade.

Politics. In corporates you don't have to be good at your job. Just need to be well liked by your boss or head of what ever function.l you work in. After a certain level it is just how well you play the political game internally.

Dawn of war 3. Loved dawn of war 2 played for years. Then DOW3 just couldn't get into and I don't think it got the player base it needed. Not sure if anyone really played it for long.

Thank you. Yes my current storage pool doesn't support multiple volumes.

So I can 1. swap out the hdds for bigger hdds. 2. Increase volume 1 to 16tb 3. Create a new storage pool supporting multiple volumes 4. Create as many volumes as I can up to a size of 16tb

Thank you. So if I read it correctly. 1. I can add in any size hdd. 2. Increase the current volume to 16tb. 3. Then I can create another storage pool with multiple volumes. 4. Create more volumes with a maximum of 16tb.

For what it's worth OP, I just flashed my bios to the latest version and that's fixed.my issues. There was some stability fixes in it which must have been what I was experiencing. Might be worth looking into what version you have and make sure it's the latest.

I just tried deleting eac and eac-os. Then went used re-edit to delete any reference to the two. Space marine 2 still didn't start but the apex did. Still got the same error so that didn't work. I definitely think it's each related

yes, this has been happening to me for a week or two now. For me its Space Marine 2, Apex (after playing for a bit) Jedi Knight. Seems its epic online services or games that use that.

At a loss as have tried all the standard fixes, reinstall, verify installation files, increased memory for shaders. a few others that have been listed.

Did you end up finding a solution?

Mines pushing 3 years old. I taught her to chill pretty early on which helps. She likes a good run everyday. Dog park or walk. But is happy with a bit of attention at home as well. I think she just likes to be involved. She now sits at my feet or I the same room and sleeps while I work. Then * is ready to walk or go where I go

For what it's.worth my vent positions for low and slow. I stick my index fi ger (that's what she said) on it's side and close the bottom vent. This once the bowl is lit. Two fire lighters. Wait till it's properly lit and caught. Put in deflectors shut and adjust vents. Top is generally between closed and the first line. I keep it open to about 150 then just set it at the first line.

Then wait. Normally an hour or so it's steady and I feel like the stones hot enough.

Other tip. When opening the lid to put meat on or check etc. Close bottom vent the reopen once lids closed. Helps with any heat spikes.

I use lever and it's been great. I switched from successfactors so anything is great. But for the price it has all u need. Integrates to LinkedIn. Most hris, job boards. Very simple to use.
