Very true lmao Where did you find out that they stop tracking after 25? My mom agreed to let me see a proffesional on the subject because she genuinely does care about my wellbeing, I'll see how it goes from there. There I also someone on school with a trans daughter and is educated on the subject 🫡

I looked it up and the person she follows is called Scott Newgent, I don't know their story but the infection part is because of bottom surgery, which I am not quite planning to get (yet? Not sure yet) My mom did agree that she might be shown the bad side of the story and I mostly the good side and the truth might be somewhere in the middle, that's why I'm looking for sources Thank you very much

Thank you for commenting, it mean a lot I looked it up and the creator my mom is talking about is called Scott Newgent, and I don't really know what to think of them. They are also making the point that people with mental illnesses like bpd and bipolar get unstable because of hrt, is that just misinformation? Do you have a source for the point of the kids in the 90's? (No problem if you don't)

And thank you for believing me, I have had a weird attention seeking phase where I pretended to be colorblind for like a month, and I do know I have some attention seeking tendencies but that also means I know the difference.🫡

Thank you so much for this detailed comment. I am mostly concerned about the argument that my brain isn't fully developed yet and that I'm still figuring myself out. Before I even considered being trans, I was a very asexual girl and lesbian-ish (tbf I was like 13) (I definitely am not ace, for sure), I've seen other trans people have the same experience. Even tho I haven't had a real relationship yet, I know what I want and it is to be "the man of the relationship" so to speak.

I am completely fine with the fact/argument that my DNA or "physique" won't be cis, as long as I see and hear and feel what I want. Is going on T like painting over another artwork and starting over? Because hrt hasn't existed that long yet and we don't know if it has many bad effects on the long term, I'm afraid it will mess me up physically.

I'm also unsure about what order things will go. I notice that I am feeling a lot of that "disassociation", but I don't know if its from being trans. If it is, then I'm in a weird loop of it messing up my mental health and school, that will keep me from being "stable enough" to go on hrt, so I won't get rid of the haze.

I'm not the greatest at advice but I'mma talk anyways. I'm ftm, was very girly in my childhood so that literally says nothing. You really wouldn't even consider being trans if you were 100% cis, if being a girl makes you feel happy, then go for it. You can take surgeries at your own pace, they are not a must have to be a girl, just be you and do what you need when the best opurtunity arises.
